Bukni is a directory and booking software in one: a customer finds your business in the directory, picks a free slot, and it lands in your calendar. The directory already holds 2,362 businesses in Zagreb, sorted by neighbourhood — hair and beauty salons, barbers, nails, pedicures, massage, tattoo studios, physiotherapy and pet grooming. If yours is one of them you can claim it: fix the details, add photos and a price list, and turn on online booking. Claiming costs nothing.

The calendar runs in full. We only count appointments that actually happened — cancellations do not count.

No cap on bookings, no cut of your prices, no minimum term. If VAT applies to the amount, it is shown separately before you pay.
Why this, and not a free month
Bukni is new and still building traffic. Charging you for a month in which we sent you nobody would be charging for a promise. So we count customers, not days: until the calendar brings ten people who actually turned up, you pay nothing. If it never does, you never pay.
What claiming gives you
Correct details
Address, phone, opening hours and breaks — you enter them, we stop inferring them from public sources.
Your own description
Until a profile is claimed we assemble the description from what we know. Your text replaces it.
Photos
Pictures of your place instead of whatever was lying around online.
A note that you maintain the profile
Every profile says where its data comes from. A claimed one says the owner keeps it up to date.
What the booking software does
Free slots from your opening hours
Enter your hours, breaks and service durations — the system works out the free slots itself.
Several chairs at once
Two chairs or five, that many appointments can run in parallel. The same chair can never be booked twice.
Holidays and closures
Enter a closed period in advance and no slots are offered for it.
Reminders for customers
An email before the appointment, so fewer people forget to show up.
A cancellation deadline
You decide how late an appointment may still be cancelled without asking you.
Reviews only from people who came
Only a customer with a completed appointment at your salon can write a review, and it appears only after we check it.

Type the name into the search. Almost every Zagreb salon, studio and clinic is already listed.

A short form and a passwordless sign-in. We check and get back to you within two working days.

Services with durations and prices, opening hours, and the profile starts taking bookings.
Questions
Do I have to pay to correct a wrong detail?
Never. Correcting details and claiming a profile are free and stay free. You can report a wrong detail without even signing in, using the button on your profile.
Is my business visible if I do not pay?
Yes. The whole directory is free and stays that way — every business gets a profile, contact details, opening hours and a Call button. A subscription unlocks the online booking calendar, nothing else.
What exactly counts towards the first ten?
An appointment booked through Bukni that was also carried out. Cancelled appointments do not count, and neither do no-shows.
Do you take a percentage of my prices?
No. There is no commission per appointment or per customer — only the monthly amount, the same whatever your turnover.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No. You pay month by month and stop when you say so. The calendar switches off, the profile stays in the directory.
I do not want to be listed. Can I be removed?
You can. Every profile carries a form for reporting its data, and that form includes an objection under Article 21 of the GDPR. We answer objections within one month.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Bukni runs in a browser, on a phone and on a computer — there is nothing to install and no app to download. You open your page and see your appointments; customers book through your profile in the directory.
How is it different from ordinary booking software?
Booking software gives you a calendar; a directory gives you the customer. Bukni is both, which is why it is only paid for once the calendar has brought ten people — until then there is no bill.
